WELDING

The extensive experience of our welders, specialised in welding stainless steel and aluminium, is one of the main strengths we can offer our customers.
The quality and durability of manual welding in fact almost exclusively depends on the skill of the welder, and we can certainly claim to have some of the most skilled welders on the market.
Our company is certified for welding stainless steel in thicknesses of up to 5 mm.
All our welders, moreover, have a welding certificate issued by RINA Services, the leading certifying body for welding professionals for several decades now.
LASER CUTTING, PUNCHING AND BENDING
Laser cutting for threading and cutting metal strip, punching for all types of deep-drawing.
The forming process is completed by bending, a stage completed with special care to guarantee precise results.
For these delicate stages of manufacturing we also work together with a network of outside partners specialising in such processes.
FINISHING
The final stage of our manufacturing process involves a series of surface treatments such as painting, chrome-plating, gilding and anti-fingerprint coating.
Depending on specifications, these treatments are either applied in-house or by our trusted network of qualified suppliers.
This service once again means we can guarantee a complete offering, with savings for our customers in terms of both time and costs.
We are specialised in the restoration of the original surface finish on stainless steel, through specific processes that include brushing and polishing the surface in accordance with strict quality standards.
ASSEMBLY
Our component assembly department represents a reliable partner able to supply a range of finished products.
Our complete service covers the entire manufacturing process, not only involving machining and component assembly but also including aspects such as management of purchased materials or outsourced machining processes.
